MTM Group is a platform requiring UX and design upgrades. This case study documents the strategy, process, and execution used to reimagine their digital product—focusing on usability, brand alignment, and interface simplicity.

The project leaned into user-centered design methodologies: research → wireframes → prototyping → visual UI. Emphasis was on clean layouts, intuitive navigation, and cohesive branding throughout. Visual hierarchy, color system, typography, and component reuse were key pillars.
